Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert consultations to clients regarding the benefits and usage of cosmetic and nutritional products.
- Develop personalized product recommendations based on individual customer needs and goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase efficacy and proper application techniques.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends in cosmetics, skincare, and nutrition.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Collect and report customer feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Nutrition, or Pharmacy background is a plus).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, beauty consultation, or retail environments.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is an advantage).
- Strong ability to simplify complex product benefits into engaging consumer insights.
