Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to increase product market share.
  • Coordinate end-to-end brand promotional activities and campaigns across both offline and digital channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and supply chain, to ensure effective brand product alignment.
  • Manage brand identity and ensure consistency in communication materials and point-of-sale assets.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for future optimization.
  • Support product launches by developing compelling go-to-market strategies and brand narratives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in brand management or trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer psychology, and brand lifecycle management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into strategic plans.
  • Creative mindset with strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Indonesian and English.
