As a Brand Executive, you will be the heartbeat of our brand identity, responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with the Indonesian market and driving significant sales growth.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative marketing strategies and tangible business outcomes. You will analyze market trends, identify lucrative opportunities, and execute campaigns that strengthen our position as a leader in the beauty industry. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive market awareness and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and distribution channels to hit aggressive sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage product launches and end-to-end promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights and reports.
  • Manage relationships with key partners, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure all marketing communications align with our brand identity and global guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management or trade marketing, preferably in the retail or beauty sector.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer landscape and current social media trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into strategic recommendations.
  • Proactive, creative, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Korean beauty products and global lifestyle trends.
