As a Brand Executive, you will play a critical role in strengthening our brand presence in the market. You will work closely with the Brand Marketing Supervisor to execute marketing campaigns, analyze consumer insights, and ensure that our brand identity remains consistent and competitive. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end brand management activities, from campaign development and media planning to performance tracking. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement 360-degree marketing campaigns, including digital, BTL, and ATL activities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end brand activation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality production of marketing collateral.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the Brand Marketing Supervisor in preparing periodic brand performance reviews and business presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in brand management or trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand equity, and market research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Creative, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
