Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share for assigned K-beauty brands.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and beauty influencers.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative and digital marketing teams to produce engaging promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, track campaign metrics, and prepare regular analytical reports for management.
- Plan, organize, and participate in offline marketing events, product launches, and beauty expos.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and retail touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Brand Executive, Marketing Officer, or similar role, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian beauty market and a genuine passion for K-beauty trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly creative with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with modern digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
