Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive training modules covering product knowledge, brewing techniques, service excellence, and brand heritage.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing staff across retail stores and support offices.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics, and feedback loops, continuously refining curricula.
- Partner with retail management to identify skill gaps and develop targeted coaching plans to elevate team performance.
- Champion the Bacha Coffee brand voice and visual identity in all learning materials and customer interactions.
- Facilitate train-the-trainer programs to build internal coaching capabilities.
- Support the global rollout of brand experience standards, adapting content for diverse cultural markets.
- Maintain deep expertise on coffee trends and luxury retail best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training role, preferably within luxury retail, hospitality, or F&B.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning solutions.
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills (verbal and written English).
- Deep passion for coffee culture and luxury brand experiences.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Certification in training methodologies (e.g., DDI, ATD, CIPD) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Education, or a related field.
