Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage brand budget, ensuring optimal allocation across various marketing channels for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with internal creative and digital teams to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand health and campaign effectiveness.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management or consumer marketing, preferably in the Indonesian market.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
