Role Overview:
We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Brand Manager to join our marketing team at our headquarters in Penjaringan, Jakarta. In this critical leadership role, you will be the architect of our brand strategies, directly influencing how millions of Indonesians perceive and interact with our prestigious portfolio of brands. You will translate high-level business objectives into powerful, consumer-centric brand plans that drive market share, customer loyalty, and revenue growth.
What You Will Do:
You will take full ownership of the brand's P&L, conducting deep dives into market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities. You will lead the development of innovative marketing campaigns across all touchpoints, from digital and social media to in-store activations and public relations. Collaboration is key—you will work closely with the sales, product, creative, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and compelling brand experience at every stage of the customer journey.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and champion the long-term brand vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned portfolio.
- Conduct regular market analysis, competitive audits, and consumer research to identify key insights and opportunities for brand growth.
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, & Social) from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage the brand budget effectively, tracking expenditures and ROI to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with product management to influence product development, pricing, and packaging strategies.
- Define and monitor key brand performance indicators (Brand Awareness, NPS, Market Share) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external creative/media agencies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Brand Management, specifically within consumer electronics, FMCG, or premium retail environments.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a brand portfolio and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills, comfortable working with complex data sets and deriving actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer landscape and digital marketing trends.
- Creative storyteller with a strong strategic mindset.
