Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to increase market share and brand equity.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage the brand budget and oversee the development of marketing collateral across digital and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Analyze brand performance data and ROI of campaigns to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Coordinate brand-focused events and activations to enhance customer engagement and community presence.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all company communications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing communications.
- Proven ability to manage dynamic, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is a distinct advantage.
