Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Lead new product development (NPD) projects from concept to market launch, ensuring alignment with consumer needs.
- Manage end-to-end brand communication campaigns across digital, print, and traditional media channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure brand visibility and effective POS execution.
- Manage the brand P&L, ensuring budget optimization and efficient allocation of marketing resources.
- Evaluate the performance of marketing programs and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in Brand Management within the FMCG industry.
- Strong track record of managing successful product launches and integrated marketing campaigns in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in market research tools, consumer analytics, and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
