Asia Bandar Alam is seeking a high-caliber Brand Manager to oversee the iconic Italian luxury chocolate and gelato brand, Venchi, in Indonesia. This is a unique opportunity to lead end-to-end marketing strategies for a world-renowned brand, driving engagement, brand equity, and commercial growth in a competitive market.

As the Brand Manager, you will be the custodian of the Venchi brand identity in the region. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns that resonate with our premium customer base. From managing product launches to curating unforgettable in-store experiences, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining Venchi’s status as a leader in the luxury confectionery space.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market penetration and long-term growth for Venchi in Indonesia.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital media, PR, influencer partnerships, and event activations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.
  • Oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI across all channels and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal retail and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of in-store promotions and customer experience standards.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, from packaging and visual merchandising to social media content and advertising.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, tracking KPIs such as brand awareness, conversion rates, and sales growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management, specifically within the luxury, retail, or premium F&B sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing successful integrated marketing campaigns and brand launches.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian is essential for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in managing agency relationships and external partners effectively.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for premium aesthetics and luxury market trends.
