Tanggung Jawab

  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing spend and ROI.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and consumer behavior in the retail technology and lifestyle sector.
  • Manage marketing budgets and project timelines to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Develop innovative content strategies for digital, social media, and offline marketing channels.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or communications management.
  • Strong proficiency in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns (360-degree approach).
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, consumer insights, and current market trends in Indonesia.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable marketing strategies.
