Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute integrated 360-degree marketing communication strategies that align with company objectives.
- Lead brand activation projects from the initial brainstorming phase through to final execution and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing spend and ROI.
- Stay ahead of market trends and consumer behavior in the retail technology and lifestyle sector.
- Manage marketing budgets and project timelines to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of campaigns.
- Develop innovative content strategies for digital, social media, and offline marketing channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or communications management.
- Strong proficiency in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns (360-degree approach).
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, consumer insights, and current market trends in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
