Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, and traditional media
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and creative to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives
- Manage brand budget efficiently and provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging marketing trends to ensure our brand remains competitive
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media management, SEO, and content marketing
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
