Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share in the F&B sector.
  • Manage end-to-end social media content calendars across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to optimize ROI and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual and written content that aligns with brand identity.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor food and beverage industry trends to identify new opportunities for product positioning.
  • Coordinate with local outlets or partners to support offline marketing and promotional activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing tools and social media algorithms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing paid media campaigns with a focus on conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into successful strategies.
  • Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong copywriting skills.
  • Creative mindset, highly organized, and able to work independently or within a team.
