- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Lead marketing operations, sales support, and social media management.
- Direct the creation, execution, and analysis of direct marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive strategic alliances.
- Oversee brand launches and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget and resources effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Brand Management or Marketing Lead role.
- Strong strategic planning and leadership capabilities.
- Proven experience in managing full marketing cycles, from strategy to execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
