As a leading manufacturer of premium herbal cosmetics, we are committed to blending traditional wisdom with modern innovation.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand identity, orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. You will be responsible for defining our market positioning, enhancing brand equity, and driving growth across digital and traditional channels. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market position and consumer loyalty.
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, and offline channels.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities for the herbal and cosmetic product lines.
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage marketing budgets, performance tracking, and ROI analysis for all initiatives.
  • Oversee content creation and brand messaging to ensure alignment with SR12's unique value proposition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, media partners, and industry stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the cosmetics or FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian herbal/cosmetic market landscape.
  • Proven ability to manage successful integrated marketing campaigns and brand launches.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media analytics, and project management.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
