Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market positioning and brand awareness.
- Plan, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, email, and traditional advertising channels.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external creative agencies to produce high-quality brand content and marketing collateral.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to stakeholders, providing data-driven insights for optimization.
- Manage community engagement and public relations initiatives to foster long-term brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, or advertising.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian market landscape and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms).
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams or agency partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
