Tanggung Jawab
- Recruit, onboard, and provide comprehensive training to new sales associates.
- Develop and implement ongoing mentorship programs to improve individual and team sales performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide constructive, data-driven feedback.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality customer experiences.
- Collaborate with management to set, track, and exceed aggressive regional sales targets.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify training gaps and design workshops to bridge those skill sets.
- Maintain a positive, high-energy team culture that fosters retention and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, team management, or professional training/mentorship.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and growth targets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia (proficiency in English is a significant advantage).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
