Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies tailored to top-tier CPG clients in Indonesia.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on identifying growth opportunities and driving long-term revenue.
- Consult with brand stakeholders to integrate digital advertising solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and sales teams to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Represent the brand at industry events, networking forums, and client pitches.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior shifts within the CPG landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in account management, brand partnerships, or media sales, preferably within the CPG industry.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian advertising landscape and digital marketing ecosystem.
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic marketing narratives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and matrix-structured organization.
