In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our client's brand integrity by conducting rigorous market surveillance and combating the distribution of counterfeit goods. Your mission will involve gathering critical evidence, executing undercover operations, and preparing comprehensive reports to support legal action against infringers.
This position requires a proactive approach to identifying unauthorized sellers and illicit networks. You will work closely with law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance and justice. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine market surveillance to identify counterfeit goods and unauthorized sellers.
- Collect and preserve physical and digital evidence in strict compliance with legal standards.
- Perform undercover operations to infiltrate illicit distribution networks and gather intelligence.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports and case files for legal review and prosecution.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to initiate and support legal proceedings.
- Monitor online marketplaces and social media platforms for brand infringement.
- Liaise with internal legal teams to strategize and implement effective brand protection measures.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in investigative work, law enforcement, or brand protection is highly preferred.
- Excellent observation skills and keen attention to detail are essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with complete discretion.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila.
- Basic knowledge of Philippine laws regarding intellectual property and counterfeiting is a plus.
- Physically fit and available for field assignments as required.
