Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the realme store to ensure smooth workflow and high efficiency.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets through effective leadership.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards and act as a brand ambassador for realme.
- Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and visual merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and store performance metrics to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
- Build strong relationships with customers and manage local community engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role within the consumer electronics or lifestyle sector.
- Strong understanding of the smartphone and tech retail market landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with a focus on results.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and reporting.
