Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring a premium environment and high customer satisfaction standards.
- Develop and implement local sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly store targets.
- Manage, coach, and inspire the store team to deliver professional product demonstrations and expert technical advice.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure accurate sales reporting.
- Execute brand marketing campaigns and in-store promotions to increase foot traffic and brand awareness.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues with a focus on brand reputation.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards according to global realme guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer electronics or telecommunications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive, target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales KPIs.
- Tech-savvy individual with a keen interest in smartphone trends and mobile technology.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
