Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring a premium environment and high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Develop and implement local sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly store targets.
  • Manage, coach, and inspire the store team to deliver professional product demonstrations and expert technical advice.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure accurate sales reporting.
  • Execute brand marketing campaigns and in-store promotions to increase foot traffic and brand awareness.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues with a focus on brand reputation.
  • Maintain store visual merchandising standards according to global realme guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer electronics or telecommunications.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proactive, target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales KPIs.
  • Tech-savvy individual with a keen interest in smartphone trends and mobile technology.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
