Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets through effective leadership.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales associates to ensure high morale and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complex customer inquiries to enhance brand loyalty.
- Manage visual merchandising standards and in-store displays to maximize product visibility and appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize store strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive store culture that aligns with realme’s brand values.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with mobile phones, smartphones, and consumer electronics is a plus.
