Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Implement and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand representation.
- Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring every client interaction exceeds expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and execute loss prevention strategies.
- Coordinate with regional management for marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail store management or supervisory roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and mentor staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for consumer electronics and the realme brand.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
