Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage all store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Implement brand standards and promotional campaigns to maximize foot traffic and conversion rates
- Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize store operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store events and product launches
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience, preferably in consumer electronics or mobile technology
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in fast-paced environments
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and mentor retail teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in retail management systems and inventory control processes
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
