Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and service excellence
- Manage store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Develop and implement action plans to drive foot traffic and conversion rates
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize product placement/promotions
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute in-store campaigns and events
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience in consumer electronics/tech
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS technology
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
