Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, and visual merchandising standards.
- Drive store sales performance to meet or exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales promoters to provide premium customer service.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of all realme devices and accessories to provide expert advice to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally to ensure brand loyalty.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and inventory audits for head office review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail store guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in consumer electronics or telecommunications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor a diverse sales team.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malay and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retail sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail regarding inventory and store aesthetics.
- Tech-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in mobile technology and gadget trends.
- Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required by mall operating hours.
