Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and motivate store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure optimal store presentation
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand values
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies

- Coordinate with regional team on promotions, product launches, and operational updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience, preferably in consumer electronics
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team development
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems and analytical tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
