Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all store operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Drive sales achievement through strategic merchandising, inventory control, and promotional execution
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and brand experience compliance
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize revenue and KPIs
- Manage visual merchandising to maintain brand aesthetics and product presentation
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing retail teams
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to optimize stock levels
- Ensure adherence to company policies, security protocols, and operational standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience, preferably in electronics or consumer tech
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with experience in retail metrics and inventory management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
