Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the realme brand store to ensure maximum efficiency and visual merchandising standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and technical advice to customers regarding realme smartphones, AIoT, and accessories.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, stock take, and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure all displays are updated according to corporate brand guidelines.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and analyze performance metrics to optimize store profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the mobile or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, or Mandarin (added advantage).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
- High proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
