Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Lead, motivate, and develop store teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Execute brand standards and promotional campaigns to enhance customer engagement
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategic improvements
- Ensure exceptional customer service through staff training and experience optimization
- Manage store resources effectively to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for seamless inventory replenishment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in retail management, preferably in consumer electronics
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and team development
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
