Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Implement and maintain brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage store inventory, including stock reconciliation, ordering, and loss prevention
- Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in the store
- Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer electronics or telecommunications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and retail management systems
