Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert product demonstrations and consultations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of realme smartphones and AIoT products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain the visual standards of the brand store, ensuring products are displayed according to company guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and reporting.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payment processing.
- Participate in store promotional events and product launch campaigns to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma holder in any field; prior retail experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English (proficiency in Mandarin is a significant plus).
- A high-energy, friendly, and persuasive personality with a passion for customer service.
- Tech-savvy individual with a keen interest in mobile technology and consumer electronics.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per retail operational requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized with an eye for detail.
