Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them in selecting the best realme devices and accessories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain features, specifications, and benefits to potential buyers.
- Process sales transactions efficiently at the point of sale while ensuring accurate handling of cash and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve monthly sales targets and promotional goals.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or the technology sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently.
- A friendly, approachable, and energetic personality.
- Basic computer literacy for handling POS systems.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for mobile technology and a desire to learn about new products.
