Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide detailed explanations of features and specifications.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to drive sales conversions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the store manager.
- Handle cash transactions and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and display updates.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or mobile phone industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
