Tanggung Jawab
- Drive store sales performance to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and technical advice on realme smartphones and AIoT ecosystem products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering personalized solutions.
- Manage inventory levels, display merchandising, and maintain store cleanliness according to brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest tech trends, competitor movements, and realme product launches.
- Assist in organizing store promotional events and campaigns to boost foot traffic.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; diploma/degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, mobile sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Passionate about consumer electronics and mobile technology.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by mall operations.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong added advantage.
- Highly disciplined, punctual, and goal-oriented.
