Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their tech needs and provide professional product recommendations.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of realme smartphone features, specs, and current promotional offers.
- Achieve daily and monthly store sales targets through proactive customer interaction and upselling.
- Ensure the showroom remains pristine, well-stocked, and visually appealing in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks and replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support with a positive and professional attitude.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma holder in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, telecommunications, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin (added advantage).
- Energetic, target-driven, and highly motivated to succeed in a retail setting.
- Strong interest in consumer electronics and the latest mobile technology trends.
- Ability to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in using computer systems and digital payment platforms.
