Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and information on realme smartphones, wearables, and accessories.
- Manage store operations, including inventory checks, visual merchandising, and display organization.
- Assist in processing sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store manager and team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level education or Diploma in a related field.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or FMCG is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using POS systems.
- Self-motivated with a keen interest in the latest technology trends.
