- Maintain the visual appearance of the store, including product displays and cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Assist in organizing in-store promotional events and tech demos.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest product specifications and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or brand advocacy is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
