Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the Palm Mall store, providing a positive first impression.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right realme smartphones and accessories based on their needs and budget.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to ensure customers have a clear understanding of our devices.
  • Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system, ensuring all policies are followed.
  • Maintain the visual appearance of the store shelves and displays to ensure a professional and inviting shopping environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Demonstrated experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
