Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the Palm Mall store, providing a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in selecting the right realme smartphones and accessories based on their needs and budget.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to ensure customers have a clear understanding of our devices.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system, ensuring all policies are followed.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the store shelves and displays to ensure a professional and inviting shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Enthusiastic about technology and a genuine interest in mobile phones and gadgets.
- Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for operating the Point of Sale (POS) system.
