Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications to potential buyers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is organized and clean.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support team operations during peak hours, sales events, and promotions.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM or Diploma holder with a strong interest in technology and mobile devices.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Self-motivated, presentable, and able to work well within a team environment.
- Basic computer literacy is an added advantage.
