- Deliver exceptional customer service and product demonstrations to drive sales conversions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Maintain deep product knowledge of realme's smartphone and accessory portfolio
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Manage visual merchandising to ensure brand standards are upheld
- Build long-term customer relationships through post-purchase follow-ups
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations and inventory management
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new launches
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in business/marketing preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail sales or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; multilingual abilities advantageous
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and KPIs
