Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain technical features of realme devices to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right devices and accessories based on their needs and budget.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Uphold high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on the latest product launches and competitor activities to provide informed advice.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma holder; retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong passion for technology, mobile phones, and consumer electronics.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Proactive attitude with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using POS systems.
