Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales targets by effectively demonstrating realme products and features to customers
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
- Manage customer transactions, returns, and warranty processes accurately
- Maintain store presentation standards including merchandising and visual displays
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through post-purchase follow-ups
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify sales opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Passion for consumer electronics and mobile technology
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
