- Drive sales growth by promoting realme products and achieving monthly targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of realme product features, specifications, and promotions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Ensure store presentation standards are maintained to enhance brand image
- Build customer relationships through follow-up and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales objectives
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to store management
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 1 year retail sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service focus
- Passion for technology and consumer electronics products
- Ability to work in fast-paced retail environments with flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and retail software
- Goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet sales targets
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in team environments
- Valid Malaysian work permit if applicable
