Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and assisting them in selecting the right realme smartphones and accessories.
- Demonstrate product features and technical specifications to customers effectively.
- Drive sales performance by achieving daily and monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards, ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store management team to execute marketing campaigns and in-store promotional events.
- Keep up to date with the latest product launches and competitive market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar field is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Enthusiastic about consumer electronics, smartphones, and modern technology.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and move around the store.
