Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and product demonstrations to potential buyers
- Meet and exceed sales targets for realme products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Stay updated on the latest realme products and features
- Assist in visual merchandising to maintain an attractive store display
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Participate in store inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Passion for technology and smartphones
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn about new products
