Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to all customers visiting the realme brand store
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while promoting realme's full product range
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Assist in store operations including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store cleanliness
- Stay updated on realme's latest products, features, and promotions
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Collaborate with store management to achieve overall store sales objectives
Kualifikasi
- S1/Diploma in any field or equivalent with at least 1 year of retail sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of smartphone technology and consumer electronics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Positive attitude, high energy, and willingness to learn about new products
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
