Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and answer technical queries about realme devices.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and budget.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to ensure products are always available.
- Organize store displays and promotional materials to maintain an appealing visual merchandising standard.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM/ Diploma holders or equivalent qualifications.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong passion for consumer electronics and the latest technology trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude, punctual, and willing to learn.
