Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on realme smartphones and AIoT products.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment according to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and store sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately and manage inventory stock levels efficiently.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers through live product showcases.
- Resolve customer inquiries or technical issues with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product specifications, and competitive landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; prior retail sales experience is a definite advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively (Multilingualism is a plus).
- A genuine interest in technology, mobile devices, and consumer electronics.
- Energetic, target-driven, and highly motivated to provide world-class customer service.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per mall requirements.
